Orders and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-14 business days.
- Peak Seasons: Processing and shipping times may be longer during collection launches, holidays, or peak seasons.
- Address Changes: Shipping addresses and methods cannot be modified after checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with shipment details. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments after they leave our warehouse.
U.S. Shipping Options and Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for all full-price orders within the U.S., taking 4-7 business days after leaving our Los Angeles distribution center.
- Other Purchases: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes and cannot combine separate orders into a single shipment.
International Shipping Options and Costs
- Shipping Rates: Calculated during checkout based on your location and package weight.
- Customs and Taxes: For all international orders, the total price includes applicable duties and taxes. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
- Shipping Method: All international orders ship via express courier (air) for free. Shipping methods cannot be changed. Processing takes 4-5 business days.
Failed Delivery, Returned, or Abandoned Packages
- Incorrect Addresses: If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned at your expense.
- Missed Deliveries: Packages will be held at a local FedEx center for pick-up if delivery attempts fail. Unclaimed packages will be returned at your expense.
- Refused Packages: For international orders, refusing a package results in return shipping costs, including duties and taxes, deducted from your refund.
- Customs Hold: Packages held at customs for over 30 days will be deemed abandoned, forfeiting any right to a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Opened Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or opened:
- Take a photo of the package before inspecting its contents.
- File a claim with the courier.
